Apartments are rented on a first come first serve basis. If you move forward with applying and your application is not first in line, the application fee is NOT refundable. However, your application can be transferred to another one of our properties.

In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide residential history as well as contact information for your rental references.

In order to reserve the apartment, the security deposit must be paid in full remotely through your portal, check, money order, or cashier's check at our office, 151 King Street Charleston, SC 29401.
